Wayne Groom is the principal of Australian International Pictures Pty Ltd, an Adelaide based film production company with over 37 years experience producing feature films, television dramas and international documentaries.
Producer credits include the feature films Strangers and The Dreaming, children’s television series Pals and documentaries Muddied Waters, Point of Departure and Long Time No See Ronnie. The Dreaming was nominated for an Australian Film Institute award for editing.
Producing, Directing and Writing credits include the feature film Maslin Beach, the telemovie Summer of Love and television documentaries Tomorrow’s Sun, Running on Sunshine and Paris or the Bush: The Story of the Cods.
Dr Carolyn Bilsborow
Dr Carolyn Bilsborow is a Lecturer in Media Arts at the University of South Australia and a Documentary Filmmaker.
Carolyn’s most significant documentary productions include Inside the Brotherhood Reel(2012), which was written, produced and directed by her as a key creative component of her Doctor of Philosophy thesis, Muddied Waters (2012, aired on the Seven Network), for which she gained credits as Researcher and Writer and Paris or the bush: the story of the cods (2016, aired on Foxtel’s History Channel), for which she was credited as the Researcher, Cinematographer, Editor, Co-Writer and Co-Producer.
